Lunge Thrust 1-2

You are going to start in a kneeling/lunge position holding the ball in front of your foot touching the ground. You are going to drive/thrust your back leg as fast as you can into your shooting position. The purpose of this drill to help your 1-2 footwork speed as well as keeping your hips dropped, and having a fluid shot. Do the same for the opposite leg.
